Don’t tell us you can’t do push-ups. You can. It’s just starting at the right level and gradually progressing. There is a push-up level for everyone. You can do a push-up from  the wall, on a countertop, on steps of a stairs or on the ground. Working the correct muscles in your push-ups is more important than being able to do them flat on the floor.

Work your way gradually through the following stages of push-up. Please click on the links below which will direct you to the videos and tips we have put together for each of these stages.

Start out with 1 minute per day.

When you are comfortable at one level for 1 minute non stop, only then move to the next level.

Level 1 : Wall Push-ups

Follow our Level 1 video and tips to help with your Level 1 pushups.
