Our Plank a Day Challenge has really taken off. 10 days in and we already have over 230 signed up, with well over 100 of you each day completing the plank. Are you one of them ? If so, well done. If not, Sign up here!

Having a video to play to guide you through the 1 minute routine has really been the secret. No clockwatching, no excuses and one of the best minutes of your day (we hope).

One of the real great surprises has been the photos that have been posted over the last few days which have kept us all entertained and inspired.

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
