Be sure to email if you do have any questions. Take a look below first, as we have tried to answer the most common questions we get asked:

Who is the class suitable for?

This class is aimed at anyone who was active before they became pregnant and wants to get back into an exercise routine again. You should be comfortable jogging 10 – 15 mins with or without buggy. Please drop us a line if you have any queries on whether this class is suitable for you, we are happy to answer any questions you have. We will cater the class to your level of fitness (please inform instructor of previous exercise and any injuries or restrictions at start of class).

I don’t have a running buggy. Can I still attend?

Yes, we have many people in our class with normal buggies, the terrain in the park that we use is quite smooth and there are little to no hills.

Ideally the best buggy to use is a running buggy however your normal buggy is suitable for this class so long as you can lock the front wheels. If you are thinking of purchasing a running buggy here are some recommendations.

Can I bring 2 children?

If you have a double buggy there is no problem bringing along 2 children along.

What if my baby gets upset or needs to be fed?

We understand that babies don’t always follow the schedule you have. Ideally feed your baby as soon before class as possible so that you get the full hour of the class. We are never too far from the car / coffee shop if you need to pop back to give your baby a feed and join back in the class if possible.

What should I wear?
