Could you run a Half Marathon ?

Join Mary for her ONLY Half Marathon Workshop this Summer where she explains everything you need to know to get you to the startline (and the finish line) of your half marathon smiling. Suitable for those training for their FIRST Half Marathon – Moving up from 8k and 10k distance.

Ideal timing for anyone taking on a Aug/Sep/Oct half marathon. The aim of the workshop is to give you the tools, the confidence and the motivation you need!

The workshop will include the following :

  • Goal Setting and Training plans,
  • Half Marathon Challenges,
  • Injury Prevention,
  • FoamRolling,
  • Motivation,
  • Nutrition and Hydration,
  • Introduction to Mental Training,
  • Half Marathon Race Day Tips
  • Dealing with Race Nerves

All attendees get online support after  the workshop and a series of training notes and support to help guide through the weeks of training.

Date : Wed 3rd May (7pm – 9.30pm )

Location : Clayton Hotel, Cardiff Lane, Dublin Docklands – Beside Bord Gais Energy Theatre.

Suitable for : Anyone who is training for their first half marathon (Men and Women)

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
