Join us for 5 minutes a day this January to knock the Christmas season out of you. There is no point starting out in January with unrealistic expectations of what you will achieve. Start small and stick to it.

Our coach Aoife returns to fitness after the birth of Baby Eleanor this October and will guide you all through 5 minutes a day for the month of January. Come join us and let us keep you on track.

Locations

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
