Join us as we kickstart our 2015 schedule with some FREE Pop-Up classes this week.

These classes are suitable for anyone who has let their running slip over the winter and need a bit of a kick to get moving again. So far we have a midweek and a weekend pop up class. Come along.

Wednesday Evening Popup Class

This is a 1 hour class following our usual midweek running routine

Saturday Morning Popup Class

The timing of this class is set to allow people get the 9.49am or 10.00am DARTS to arrive in Malahide before 10.30am. Class will be approx 1 hour and we will go for cuppa after.

Open to all existing students. If any new students wish to join these popup classes, please contact Mary.

    Hi Mary, I was supposed to take the pop up class last week and could’nt make it, thank you for your text back to me. I would love to try the class before I sign up only cos i have a bad tendinitus in my right arm and need to back off the yoga so I want to see would the class be suited for me? is there any chance I could try the first sandymount class as a paid single drop in and then make the decision to finish the course depending on the arm? Thank you, Jane

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
