As always, we are always planning ahead, and wanted to share with your our plans for 2015 and give you an opportunity to suggest new ideas for workshops, classes and events. So far, here is what our calendar looks like. We are working on some other new projects which will be added to the list soon.

    My personal goal is a Half Marathon, certain that a full Marathon is beyond me. I’m also 57, so I’d like to see classes aimed at running for the over 50’s, how to best warm up, best stretching, all of that, above all else, avoiding injury.

      Thanks for your message Tom. Thank you very much for your suggestions on classes. Indeed we are seeing more and more people taking up running in the 50s, so you are right – tailoring some classes or workshops for you would be a great addition. Leave it with me indeed and will look at this for 2015.

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
