Online Coaching and 1-2-1 Private Coaching

A session with a coach in person or online can often be just want you need to get yourself on track. Mary offers 1-2-1 coaching for runners of all levels. If you are not lucky enough to live near us, Mary also offers Online Coaching. Each Online Training Plan is tailor-made to YOU. Weekly interaction keeps you motivated and on track. Being accountable to someone else other than yourself is a great incentive to get out the door.
