No Beginners Classes for Summer : There will be no further beginners classes in Summer 2017 as we will only be teaching FunRun and Strength and Speed Classes. Beginners running will return in Autumn 2017.
Missed the 2017 Classes? Mary has developed a series of Online Beginners Running Programmes called ‘Get Running’ with The Irish Times. These are FREE Beginners Running Courses which you can join anytime and follow the weekly instructions.

How it works: Choose to attend 1 or 2 classes per week. In total we ask you to run each week 3 times. Each week you also receive class notes, homework, Running Tips and Online Support. Book your place

A detailed map and directions to all locations will be provided to all participants.
NOTE: Please do not bring any bags. There is no storage facility at any venue.
Classes takes place in all weather conditions.
If it rains, we will still continue, however format may be different.
All Classes :
Please DO NOT bring any bags/valuables with you.

Ensure all car keys safe by wearing clothing with a zip pocket
No bag storage facility provided.
BeachFit: Please bring a large TOWEL or EXERCISE MAT to BeachFit Class.
We start classes every 8 weeks.
If you have missed the start date and would like to join classes midterm,
please contact ForgetTheGym directly
Evening Class: Please don’t eat your dinner before class.
A small snack 2 hrs before class will give you energy for the class.
A dinner may give you a stitch and make you feel tired and bloated.
Having Second Thoughts? Remember, this is most peoples first Outdoor Fitness class.
It is normal to be nervous, so please dont worry about not being fit enough for the class.
You will be able to go at your own pace throughout, and i hope you will enjoy it.
All Participants must complete Health Questionnaire and Waiver Form before attending class.
All Fees Paid are Non Refundable and cannot be carried forward as credit future classes.
Participants are responsible for informing instructor at class of injury/limitation which restricts training.
