Don’t tell us you can’t do push-ups. You can. It’s just starting at the right level and gradually progressing. There is a push-up level for everyone. You can do a push-up from the wall, on a countertop, on steps of a stairs or on the ground. Working the correct muscles in your push-ups is more important than being able to do them flat on the floor.
Work your way gradually through the following stages of push-up. Please click on the links below which will direct you to the videos and tips we have put together for each of these stages.
Start out with 1 minute per day.
When you are comfortable at one level for 1 minute non stop, only then move to the next level.
Level 1 : Wall Push-ups
Follow our Level 1 video and tips to help with your Level 1 pushups.
Once you are comfortable doing these for 1 minute you can move to Level 2
Level 2 : Countertop – Table Push-ups
Follow our Level 2 video and tips to help with your Level 2 pushups.
Once you are comfortable doing these for 1 minute you can move to Level 3
Level 3 and 4 : Steps of Stairs Pushups
Start out at Step 3 of the stairs.

Level 3 becomes Level 4 : Watch video on how to move down the steps
You can gradually make your way to Step 2 and Step 1 of stairs when you can do Step 3.
Take your time progressing. You will notice a big difference in moving down 1 step.
Once you are comfortable doing these for 1 minute you can move to Level 5
