For Sept/Oct 2020 we are delighted to offer 6 week coaching programmes. You can choose to train 100% online and run from home, or if you are based in Dublin, you can meet in person for running classes.

Starting Date : Monday 14th Sept

  • Option 2 :  Online + 1 meetup class per week
  • Option 3 :  1 meetup class per week (no online)

Option 2 : Online + Weekly Class

Suitable for Dublin Based Runners 

    • You get ALL of the above online programme BUT you also get to choose one meet-up class per week  for 6 weeks from the Mon-Wed meetup classes as well as all the online classes.

  • NOTE :We will adhere to all COVID government guidelines and follow the latest recommendations. As per current guidelines our group classes will have <15 people.

Option 3 : Weekly Class – No online

Suitable for Dublin Based Runners who just want to meetup outdoors 

Select one meet-up class per week for 6 weeks from the Mon-Wed meetup classes.

More Information on Autumn Programmes….

How online works :  Each week we send you an email with all you need to know for that week ahead. We will also include in it little short videos and tips on food, run technique and even a few 5 minute workouts you can do during the day. The beauty of coaching online is that you do the running, when suits your schedule – but we get you out the door, pick you up on the bad days and give you pat on the back when you do a good job. You also get the option to join in our zoom classes live or via playback.

Zoom Classes : All Zoom classes will be available to watch live and the replay will be available for 2 weeks to playback. Live times : Beachfit  : 7pm each Thursday. Yin Yoga : 8pm Sunday : 27th Sept and 11th Oct.

Have fun : As per all our coaching, there is no competition between our runners. We are all there to support eachother and encourage others in their running goal. We all have different challenges and responsibilites these days, and it’s great to have others on our side. There is enough stress and anxiety out in the world this 2020, we want to make running something that will take your mind off your worries and help you get some headspace.
