Beginners Learn to Run

Our Learn-to-run programme will have you jogging for 30 minutes non-stop in 8 weeks.

We pride ourselves on our welcoming, fun and social atmosphere. No shouting instructors, just enthusiastic and inspiring coaches keeping you on track. Combining classes,homework jogs and online support, it is 8 weeks that could change your life.

Next Beginners Start Date : Due to COVID 19 we have no plans for 2020 to hold beginners running classes.
However, we do have an online option if you are keen to get started now..

Can't wait for Classes?  Mary has developed a series of Online Beginners Running Programmes called 'Get Running' with The Irish Times. These are FREE Beginners Running Courses which you can join anytime and follow the weekly instructions.

Classes for Ladies who run already : Check out our FunRun and Strength and Speed Classes which are suitable for runners who can run slowly for 20 mins or more and take place all year round in Clontarf and Sandymount.

How it works:  In total we ask you to run each week 3 times. Once with us, and twice on your own. Each week you also receive class notes, homework, Running Tips and Online Support.
