What a great evening we had for our coffee lovers run with Network Cafe in Dublin.
All happy faces departing the beach in Sandymount.
Our first stop was Merrion square where we used the beautiful surroundings to allow a minute of a plank fly by.
Although we have run most of these streets before for our Christmas lights run it is usually so dark out we don’t get to much attention. We were given rounds of applause and plenty of beeps from passers by which certainly spurred us on.
Next on to St Stephens green where we managed to fit in a few Tricep Dips
I have to admit it was my first ever time running through St Stephens green and I could have run around for hours. The park was full of people being such a nice evening with lots of distractions to keep us going.
Around the corner to our final destination Network Cafe where we were treated to some of their delicious coffee and very popular Berry Iced Tea.
Also a huge thanks to Krust Bakery for supplying us with some tasty doughnuts and pastries to go with our coffee. The perfect end to any run. It is all about balance after all.
Our only complaint is that it all went by so quickly. So a tip for anyone struggling with their running, run somewhere different, and finish with coffee and cake of course, you wont even notice the miles fly by.
