Our running classes are especially for ladies who want to enjoy running.
Each term lasts for 8 weeks and take place in the fresh air close to Dublin city.
We have classes to suit all levels: Beginners, Lapsed Runners and Regular Runners.
New Year Timetable 2020The following classes run from 27th January - 19th March (8 weeks)

Note: St Patricks Day is on Tues 17th March, our last week of term. The Tuesday class will move to Thursday 19th that week or choose any other class to come to over the term instead.
