Running Coaching

Come join us this Spring as we get you moving and motivated. We have created two virtual programmes to help you enjoy running and stay inspired, moving, energised and positive.

Choose your group

  • Get running : For complete beginners starting out or those returning to running post injury, post natal, or indeed just after a long break.
  • Stay running : For those who can run 20 minutes or longer (at any speed) and want to keep moving, enjoy running, feel better running and stay motivated.

Each programme is 7 weeks long and starts on 8th March 2021

If you fear you might end up on the couch if left to your own devices, let us inspire you to keep moving and feel great. The programmes are fun, practical and most importantly you can take part at your own pace wherever you live.

Due to COVID restrictions our hugely popular Running Classes in Sandymount and Clontarf have been on hold since earlier in 2020. But we do hope to return later in the year. We follow all government COVID guidelines all will depend on government advice. Once we have the go ahead to return we will post details on this page.
