Need some midweek running motivation?

Our running classes are especially for ladies who want to enjoy running.
Each term lasts for 8 weeks and take place in the fresh air close to Dublin city.
We have classes to suit all levels: Beginners, Lapsed Runners and Regular Runners.

COVID19 Update

In light of the current restrictions we will not have any Clontarf or Sandymount classes for summer 2020. Instead, we will offer Online Coaching:

Our Summer FunRun package starts 8th June for 8 weeks.
Our Beachfit online classes start 8th June for 8 weeks.
We hope to resume our regular running/beachfit classes in the autumn.
