Our running classes are especially for ladies who want to enjoy running.
We have options for those based locally in Dublin as well as online programmes.
We coach all levels: Beginners, Lapsed Runners and Regular Runners.

COVID19 Update

In light of the current restrictions, we have made some changes to how we coach runners in 2020. After a successful summer of online training and some pop-up events, we are delighted to be able to return to Sandymount and Clontarf this autumn. We will have limited numbers in all classes and we will continue to offer online coaching so you can train with us wherever you live and run.

Our Autumn Term runs for 6 Weeks: 14th September – 25th October
1. 100% Online Coaching
2. Online + Small Group Class
3. Small Group Class only
