Do you really struggle to get yourself moving in the dark evenings ?

For the month of November, you can join us for our last 4 weeks of classes for 2013.

November Prices :

 1 class per week – 4 Weeks plus Training Programmes and Support : Eur 50.

2 classes per week – 4 Weeks plus Training Programmes and Support : Eur 90.

You will also be able to take part in our free Xmas Lights runs around the city in December.

Which class for me ?

Beginners : If you can jog for 8 mins slowly, you can join beginners running and be up to 30 minutes by the end of November.

Running Classes : If you can jog for 20 mins slowly, you can join into our funrun classes, and keep motivated and running.

BeachFit : If you want to try something a bit different you can come to our BeachFit Classes on Sandymount (everything from boxing, pilates, strength work, core training.. ddifferent each week!)

Our classes take place outdoors at the following locations across Dublin:

Sandymount, Dublin
Clontarf, Dublin

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
