Join us as we kickstart our 2015 schedule with some FREE Pop-Up classes this week.
These classes are suitable for anyone who has let their running slip over the winter and need a bit of a kick to get moving again. So far we have a midweek and a weekend pop up class. Come along.
Wednesday Evening Popup Class
This is a 1 hour class following our usual midweek running routine
Saturday Morning Popup Class
The timing of this class is set to allow people get the 9.49am or 10.00am DARTS to arrive in Malahide before 10.30am. Class will be approx 1 hour and we will go for cuppa after.
