Mary’s Running Retreat:

Running Classes:

Our New Term of Running Classes start on 24th March, Registration is now open. Classes for Beginners , Improvers and Lapsed Runners. Join us in Naas, Dublin Docklands, Sandymount and Clontarf (Ladies Only).

Private Lessons:

Need help with planning, structuring your training ? Need guidance, support and advice for an upcoming event? A private session can be running based, or coffeeshop/computer based. Mary can work on training plans, race day preparation, running technique or whatever your running worries may be. Suitable for all levels of runners, even those who are not quite running just yet! Contact Mary to arrange .

Irish Times Get Running Graduation:

Join us as parkruns all around the country on Saturday 15th March as we celebate the first 5k event for everyone who has completed the Irish Times Get Running Programme. We hope to get as many of our FTG gang out supporting, volunteering and cheering on these new runners.

Other Events Abroad….

A group of our Running Chicks will travel to the Milan Marathon in April – some will run the full marathon, others will run a marathon relay. Still not to late to join us. Mary also travels to Tokyo Marathon this February, her Marathon Tourist Blog will be updated with all the adventures there.
