Build up to 5k 7 weeks to comfortable 5k
Stronger 5k 7 weeks to faster/stronger 5k
Build up to 10k 7 week from 5k to 10k
Stronger 10k Get faster and stronger over 10k
Move to 10 miles or Half Marathon 7 weeks to 10 miles and half marathon soon after
