RTE Radio 1 – Ray Darcy Show Mary is the running expert and coach for the #RunWithRay 5k series of events in June 2019. Mary was on the show each week sharing training tips and had a weekly running podcast chatting with Ray. Listen back . As part of this campaign Mary was also featured in the RTE Guide where she talks about running, family and moving away from her ‘proper’ job.

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
