It has been our privilege to coach and support runners all over Ireland (and beyond) since 2006. We are so proud of all the achievements, the barriers overcome and the life and energy that running has brought so to many.

Running Classes: ‘Forget The Gym’ has totally changed my opinion and entire attitude towards exercise. Mary is extremely motivational and encouraging in her approach, so you never feel that you are out of your depth or holding up the class. ChiRunning Workshop: Mary’s Chi Running workshop has changed my running life! I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis but I think I may have finally found my cure. The practical, easy-to-follow advice has improved my running, made it much easier, and, most importantly for me, silenced my feet. It was a fun, informative couple of hours with friendly like-minded people and a great teacher in Mary. I can't recommend it highly enough! Caroline

Beginners Running: I thought I would never run, I thought I couldn’t. With Forget The Gym, I enjoy every minute of the class. Beginners Running:What has impressed me most about Forget the Gym is the continuous ‘aftercare’ – weekly e-mails with extra support and motivation that shows the coaches are truly passionate about what they do.
