Come join us for our funfilled weekend of outdoor fitness classes on 11th-13th September. Open to Men and Women, let us help you kick start your weekend mornings, get moving, get outdoors and all while supporting Irish Hospice Foundation. We will be in Sandymount and Dublin Docklands with great options for beginners, improvers and everyone in between.

Friday 11th – 7am – Sandymount Beach FunRun – Perfect Start to the Morning with this class which will include some easy running (at your own pace), strength exercises, pilates, Chirunning tips, flexibility and Fun. (Led my Mary)
Saturday 12th Sept – 9am – Sandymount BeachFit – A little bit of everything to start your day. Pilates, Strength, Flexiblity, Fun and Games suitable for beginners and improvers. (Bring an exercise mat). (Led by Mary and Aoife)
Saturday 12th Sept -10.15am – South Wall Tourist FunRun – Leaving Sandymount beach with will run out along Irishtown Nature Reserve towards the South Wall. Approx 5-6km. A few exercise stops along the way so you can run at your own pace. (Led by Mary and Aoife)
Sun 13th Sept -10am – Dublin City Tourist FunRun – Leaving Dublin Docklands for our social touristy run around the sights of Dublin City – Approx 5-6km. Lots of exercise stops along the way so you can run at your own pace. (Led by Mary and Anne)
So, what is TheBigAsk?
FM104 The Big Ask is a charity initiative like no other. This September, driven through FM104’s flagship “Strawberry Alarm Clock” breakfast show, The Irish Hospice Foundation and FM104 are reaching out to individuals, corporates and organisations to support The Big Ask by raising funds in whatever way they can. 100% money raised from FM104 The Big Ask will go towards the work of the Irish Hospice Foundation. The Irish Hospice Foundation is a national charity striving for the best care at the end of life for all. Their vision is that no one should face death or bereavement without the care and support they need. They receive no core state funding so rely on voluntary donations to continue their vital work: your support really does make a difference.

To help us get a better idea of fitness levels and numbers of attendees and allow us to tailor a class to suit you, please tell us which classes you can come to. We will email you all the details on meeting points and what to bring closer to the weekend.

How to donate?
We will have charity buckets at all classes. Please bring along your donation on the morning of your class(es). Suggested donation €10 per class. 100% of your donation will go to TheBigAsk. Our coaches are delighted to offer their time and energy to support this great cause. We hope you will join us.
