Come join us for fun running classes in the fresh air in Dublin this winter.

Feel better, stay motivated and learn to enjoy running more.

Prices – 8 Week Term : €90 for 1 class per week. €140 for 2 classes per week.

Winter Term : Sign up for Classes.

Beginners Classes : Our next term of classes for complete beginners starts Jan 2020.

Where do we meet ?

Clontarf – Sail Monument on the corner of Clontarf Road and Alfie Byrne Road : See Map
Sandymount – Where Sean Moore Park meets Sandymount Strand. Come down onto beach. See Map

A detailed map and directions to all locations will be provided to all participants.
NOTE: Please do not bring any bags. There is no storage facility at any venue.

What happens if it rains ?

Classes takes place in all weather conditions.
If it rains, we will still continue, however format may be different.

What do I Bring ?

All Classes :
Please DO NOT bring any bags/valuables with you.
* Bottle of Water
* Comfortable Clothing
Ensure all car keys safe by wearing clothing with a zip pocket

No bag storage facility provided.

Holiday Plans

There will be no classes on the  weeks of bank holidays.

Eating before Class ?

Evening Class: Please don’t eat your dinner before class.
A small snack 2 hrs before class will give you energy for the class.
A dinner may give you a stitch and make you feel tired and bloated.

Nervous ?

Having Second Thoughts? Remember, this is most peoples first Outdoor Fitness class.
It is normal to be nervous, so please don’t worry about not being fit enough for the class.
You will be able to go at your own pace throughout, and i hope you will enjoy it.

Terms and Conditions

All Participants must complete Health Questionnaire and Waiver Form before attending class.
All Fees Paid are Non Refundable and cannot be carried forward as credit future classes.
Participants are responsible for informing instructor at class of injury/limitation which restricts training.
‘Forget The Gym’ is not responsible for any valuables lost/stolen or damaged while attending class.
‘Forget The Gym’ is not responsible for any injuries caused while attending class.
‘Forget The Gym’ has the right to refuse admission to any of the classes.

Our workshops take place at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin Docklands.

Chirunning events take place outdoors in local parks or at your club or venue.
